Winemaker Notes:

Golden reflections in the glass tell you right away that you are going to taste a different Pinot Grigio. This is not your standard Pinot Grigio. Soft lemon and  lime flavors with a little golden delicious apple for good measure.  Nice weight and mouth feel with a little mineral or wet stone to add complexity. Simply lovely. Fresh…very fresh….great by itself or with many dishes…simply prepared fish, sushi, salads, light tapas, and much more. If you like Chardonnay,  Sauvignon Blanc, or many aromatic whites you will love this wine. In one word…elegant.
