The Fratelli Nistri winery is one of the oldest in Tuscany, dating back to 1865 when Francesco Nistri set up a wine trading business in Mezzana, on the outskirts of Prato.  Today the winery continues as a family business run by Fabrizio Nistri and his brother. After 144 years this family sure knows Tuscany, Chianti, and how to work with the Sangiovese grape. Nistri Winery is near the town of Panzano, in the center of the Chianti Classico production zone.
